What are your shipping and handling rates?

Zents offers flat fees for shipping and handling, regardless of the weight or size of your order.

$7 for standard UPS, shipped within the U.S
$7 for delivery to PO Boxes, or by U.S. Mail
*3rd Day Air: $15 – Please allow for processing time. US orders only.
*2nd Day Air: $20 (US only) – Please allow for processing time. US orders only.

Overnight delivery – Please contact Zents for a quote. US orders only.
International shipping – Rates vary by country. Please contact Zents for a quote.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will take 6 to 8 business days to reach you. Please allow for extra time during mid-late December, as the mail and UPS are often delayed with holiday shipments. Orders received after noon on Thursdays will be shipped the following Monday.

Is it safe to order online at zents.com?

Zents uses a secure site for all online orders.

I just ordered, but I'm not sure if my order went through.

You will receive two automatic confirmations to the e-mail address you provided. Please check your e-mail in a few minutes to make sure your order was received. If you did not receive a confirmation, your order did not go through, or your confirmation was not able to be delivered. A confirmation can fail to be delivered if you typed in your e-mail address incorrectly, or the confirmation was blocked by your e-mail provider. If you have spamblocker, please remember to include info@zents.com in your contact list so you will receive a confirmation. Please call 1-888-463-4236 or e-mail info@zents.com to make sure we received your order.

I received two email confirmations. Did I order twice?

Currently our shopping cart sends two confirmations. You can be sure that the confirmations are for the same order by reviewing the order number. If the order number is identical on both emails, you have only ordered once. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have the issue resolved when we build a new website.

I just ordered, but I may have made a mistake on my order.

Please review your automatic e-mail confirmation. If you did make a mistake, contact Zents immediately. You can reach us by toll free by phone at 1-888-463-4236 or by e-mail us at info@zents.com . We are happy to correct any mistakes before the order has shipped, but often your order is shipped out the same day, so please let us know right away.

How can I order without using a credit card or without using the internet?

For orders by phone, call toll free to 1-888-463-4236.
For orders by fax, please call toll free to 1-888-463-4236, and we will fax you an order form.

For orders by check or money order, please call toll free to 1-888-463-4236. We will give you a correct order total and will send your products as soon as we receive your payment by mail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you prefer to pay with a check or money order, please place your order by phone (888-463-4236) to assure correct total. Your order will be processed when payment is received.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Please contact us by email: info@zents.com or toll free by phone 1-888-463-4236 (please note our business hours are M-F 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time). Please provide your order number, if you know it, as well as your name, phone, street address, complete credit card number, and what you ordered.

How do I return products?

All sales are final. Zents will replace any product received damaged with an identical new product in the same scent as the original - on a per case basis. Please contact us at our toll free number (1-888-463-4236) before returning any products to Zents.
