What are your shipping and handling rates?
ZENTS offers flat fees for shipping and handling, regardless of the weight or size of your order.
- $10 for standard ground, shipped within the U.S
- 3rd Day Air: $20 – Please allow for processing time. US orders only.
- 2nd Day Air: $30 – Please allow for processing time. US orders only.
- Overnight delivery: $40– Please allow for processing time. US orders only.
- International shipping – Rates vary by country. Please contact ZENTS for a quote.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 – 48 hours (M-F) from our Colorado location. If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 business days please contact us. Please allow for extra time during December, as the mail and UPS are often delayed with holiday shipments.
How do I check on the status of my order?
Upon shipment of any UPS order, you will receive an email with tracking information. Simply click on the tracking information in the email to track your package. You may also contact us by email at info@ZENTS.com or by phone at 888.463.4236 (please note our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time). We ask that you provide your name, order number, date of order, and contact information.
I just ordered, but I may have made a mistake on my order, how can I correct it?
Please review your automatic e-mail confirmation. If there is an error on your order, contact ZENTS immediately. You can reach us by phone at 888.463.4236 or by e-mail at info@ZENTS.com. We are happy to correct any mistakes before the order has shipped, but your order is often shipped out the same day, so please let us know right away. If your package has already been sent ZENTS is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order, unless an error has been made by our team.
Orders shipped to locations outside the United States may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes. Additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you prefer to pay with a check, please place your order by phone at 888.463.4236 to assure correct total. Your order will be processed when payment is received.
SALES TAX: We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Colorado.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do I return products?
ZENTS accepts returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receipt of your order. We cannot refund shipping unless an error was made by our order processing team. Shipping will be charged on any replacement products, To request a return, please contact our customer service concierge at 888.463.4236 or email at info@ZENTS.com.
If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents and contact us at info@ZENTS.com. We will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.
Unless otherwise stated:
1) All shipping offers are valid only in the continental US.
2) Coupons can only be redeemed on www.zents.com, and are not valid in stores or on partner sites.
3) Offers may not be applied to purchases made before or after the offer period.
4) Out of stock items are excluded from coupons.
