What is the ZENTS Rewards Program?

The ZENTS Rewards program awards customers with INZENTIVES, which are coupons that can be used towards future purchases. The program is only available to customers who have an account at www.zents.com. ZENTS Rewards can be earned on all purchases made on or after June 20th, 2019.

What are INZENTIVES?

INZENTIVES are the same as rewards or coupons. The more points you collect through the activities below, the more INZENTIVES you will earn.

How do I earn INZENTIVES?

It’s easy to earn INZENTIVES! The rewards are automatically added to your account when you are signed in to ‘My Account/Rewards’. You can receive points that add up to INZENTIVES the following ways:

  • Making a purchase: Receive 10-15 points for every $1 spent at zents.com* (depending on which tier you are in; Tier 1: 10 points, Tier 2: 12.5 points, Tier 3: 15 points per $1)
  • Create an account: Receive 500 points when you create an account at zents.com
  • Share on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest: Receive 150 points when you share us on any of these three social platforms. Sign into ‘My Account/Rewards’ and go to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the links on the left. Navigate to the ‘Earn Points’ area and click on the ‘Share on Facebook’, ‘Share on Twitter’, or ‘Share on Pinterest’ tiles. Follow sharing instructions. You will be awarded points immediately after a friend clicks on the shared link. Limit 1 share per week.
  • Write a review on website: Sign into ‘My Account/Rewards’ and go to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the links on the left. Navigate to the ‘Earn Points’ area. Click on the ‘Write a Review’ tile and follow instructions. Receive 300 points for writing a review. Limit 2 per month.
  • Birthday bonus: Receive between 500-2000 points on your birthday depending on your tier level. To activate your birthday points, sign into ‘My Account/Rewards’ and go to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the links on the left. Navigate to the ‘Earn Points’ area. Click on the ‘Birthday Bonus’ tile and enter your birth month/day. Your birthday information must be entered no later than 7 days before your birthday.
  • Refer a friend: Receive 1500 points when any of your friends click on your referral link and make their first purchase on our Sign into ‘My Account/Rewards’ and go to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the links on the left. Navigate to the ‘Earn Points’ area and click on the ‘Refer a Friend’ tile. In this section, you can refer a friend by sending an email, sharing on Facebook and Twitter, or generating your own unique link to share. To earn 1500 points ($5+ off), the friend must click through the link you shared, and make a purchase. The friend will receive a 15% off promotion code that is only awarded if the referred friend has not purchased with www.zents.com in the past. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for ZENTS Rewards earned by referring a friend to process and update in your account.

*ZENTS Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in ‘pending’ status for 14 days after the purchase to allow for returns and/or exchanges.

What can I redeem with ZENTS Rewards points?

Once you have received at least 1,250 points you can start redeeming your INZENTIVES (rewards/coupons):

  • INZENTIVES come in the following amounts: $5 (1,250 points), $10 (2,500 points), $15 (3,750 points), $20 (5,000 points), $25 (6,250 points).

How do I access ZENTS Rewards and review my rewards?

To access ZENTS Rewards, sign in or create an account. From the ‘My Account/Rewards’ section, navigate to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the tabs on the left. In this section, you can select tabs to review your activity, learn how to earn points, and redeem INZENTIVES.

How do I redeem my INZENTIVES?

To redeem your INZENTIVES, sign in to your account. From the ‘My Account/Rewards’ section, navigate to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the tabs on the left. In this section, select the ‘MY INZENTIVES’ tab to browse available rewards for redemption. You can also view and redeem your INZENTIVES that are available during checkout.

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend, you must first sign in to ‘My Account/Rewards’. Create an account if you do not already have one. After signing into ‘My Account/Rewards’ go to ‘ZENTS Rewards’ using the links on the left. Navigate to the ‘Earn Points’ area and click on the ‘Refer a Friend’ tile. In this section, you can refer a friend by sending an email, sharing on Facebook and Twitter, or generating your own unique link to share. To earn 1500 points ($5+ off), the friend must click through the link you shared, and make a purchase. The friend will receive a 15% off promotion code that is only awarded if the referred friend has not purchased with www.zents.com in the past.

Why are my ZENTS Rewards in ‘pending’ status?

ZENTS Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in ‘pending’ status for 14 days after the purchase to allow for returns and/or exchanges. ZENTS Rewards can be redeemed after 14 days.

Will my ZENTS Rewards expire?

ZENTS Rewards will expire after 12 months of inactivity. You must make a purchase or successfully refer a friend every 12 months to keep your ZENTS Rewards account active. To successfully refer a friend, he or she must click through the link you shared and make a purchase.

Can I earn ZENTS Rewards for my past purchases?

No, customers will earn points only from the time they are enrolled and after our ZENTS Rewards launch date of June 25th, 2019. Purchases done before enrollment and before the date of June 25th, 2019 will not earn any points.

Can I redeem rewards if I checked out as a guest (without signing into my account)?

Customers checking out as a guest will not earn points for their purchases. You will only earn points if they are enrolled in the ZENTS Rewards program/have an account with Zents.com at the time of making the purchase and logged in to your account.

Why were my ZENTS Rewards rejected?

Your ZENTS Rewards may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Your ZENTS Rewards may be rejected if the person you referred is an existing customer.
  • Points for certain activities may be rejected if the frequency cap is exceeded. For example, if a customer submits more than 2 reviews a month they will get points only twice and all other review transactions will be rejected from earning points.
      • Leave a Review Frequency Cap:  2 per month
      • Sharing in Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest: 1 per week 

Why can’t I see my ZENTS Rewards?

You will not see ZENTS Rewards if you checked out as a guest and did not create an account.
