Products
Yes! Our products have been vegan for many years, and our most recent change was to fully replace beeswax with other incredible ingredients, in support of bees that are so important to our lives.
We formulate with ingredients that do not contain gluten. However, some of our ingredients may be produced in facilities that process raw materials containing gluten.
Our products have a minimum 12 month shelf life. If you have questions about your product age, please reach out to Customer Service.
We created the Caribbean Dusk scent exclusively for Sandals for their in-room amenities. They have not chosen to do a matching retail line yet but when they do we will be excited to direct you!
Caribbean Dusk is a blend of 3 of our aromas. The majority of it is our aroma Ore. It then has a splash of Sun and Petal. One way you could create an aroma very similar is to use a pearl size of Ore lotion in your hand and then two sprays of Sun body oil and two sprays of Petal Body oil. Mix in hands and apply for that Caribbean Dusk aroma.
Our aromas are a proprietary blend of essential oils and fragrance oils that are mindfully made and sustainably sourced. They are vegan, gluten free and cruelty free and do not contain parabens, Phthalates, Propylene Glycol, Petroleum, Dyes, Sulfates or Palm Oil. We believe in natural chemicals and use them when it makes sense from a safety and sustainability standpoint.
Our eau de toilettes are phthalate free, this is the chemical most companies use to make perfumes last longer on the skin. Due to its chemical nature, we opted out of this ingredient to try and keep our aromas as natural and clean as possible.
We also understand that each person has different body chemistry, so what may last long and strong on one person wouldn’t necessarily mean it would have the same effect for someone else. When this occurs, to increase the fragrance and make it last longer we recommend laying our Eau de toilette or Attar with either Cashmere Body Oil, Age Defying Probiotic Lotion, or Concreta Repair Balm in that same aroma. Layering products helps to lock in the fragrance for long lasting wear.

We are happy to correct any mistakes before the order has shipped, but often orders are shipped out the same day, so please let us know right away if you catch a problem. If your package has already been sent ZENTS is not responsible for the cost of reshipping the order, unless an error has been made by our team.
Due to shipping constraints, our Eau de Toilettes can only ship via ground delivery in the continental United States.

We cannot accept returns on items not purchased directly through our site. If they were purchased at one of our incredible authorized spa or retail partners, please contact them directly for assistance.

ZENTS collects sales tax in select states as required by 'nexus' laws. You are obligated to remit tax where mandated by your state on purchases of our products, even if it was not calculated on your invoice. You can pay with a gift cards purchased through www.zents.com. Please note we do not offer refunds on gift cards and all gift card sales are final.

OTHER
No. We do not test ingredients or finished products on animals. Our products are happily human tested.
No. While palm oil is a wonderful and commonly-used skincare ingredient, we removed it from our formulas based on animal rights, human rights, and environmental concerns in areas where palm oil is grown and harvested.
