Where will my order ship from?  

All orders ship directly from our Colorado headquarters.

Our onsite team proudly handles every part of your order, from processing to shipping to customer care...no third-party shipping companies or call centers. Our incredible fulfillment team includes our longest-tenured team members—sisters who have overseen shipping at ZENTS for over 20 years each. We take deep pride in every step of how your order is processed and packed. Each order is truly packed with love!

Do you offer free shipping in the US?

Yes, we offer shipping free with a minimum order year round within the United States. Occasionally we offer promotions that include free shipping on all orders.

What are your US shipping rates? 

For orders that do not meet our free shipping minimum, ZENTS offers flat fees for shipping within the United States, regardless of the weight or size of your order. 

• Standard ground shipping: $9 
• 2nd Day Air: $15 
  

Please add an additional 24-48 hours for order processing, not including weekends. 
Express orders are processed first, and we do our best to ship them within 24 hours whenever possible.  

Should I choose 2-day air shipping?

2-day air orders placed after 4:30 pm ET or on weekends will not ship the same day. Our fulfillment team prioritizes all express orders and we do our best to ship within 24 hours (weekdays) whenever possible.    

Do you have overnight shipping?

We do not currently offer overnight shipping on zents.com. 

Can you ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses?

Absolutely. We offer shipping to P.O. boxes and military addresses within US territories. These are shipped through USPS or other carriers depending on the exact location. There may be exceptions would be international P.O. boxes and addresses.

Do you ship to my country? 

We ship to many (but not all) countries, with a flat rate for shipping. We invite you to contact our team at customerservice@zents.com to verify that we can ship to your country. 

• Canada: $20 
• All Other Countries: $50 
  
• Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient

Who pays for international taxes & duties?

The order recipient will be responsible for any additional taxes and duties before they are able to collect their package. 

Will there be taxes & duties charges?

Maybe. We abide by international shipping laws, and also do our very best to ensure that your order does not incur additional charges. However, please be aware that this does sometimes happen and our team is not able to reverse these charges. 

Are there any products you can't ship outside the US? 

Eau de Toilettes cannot ship by air because they contain alcohol, which is considered a flammability risk by air carriers. This product can only ship within the US and must be sent ground.

When will my order leave your warehouse?

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST) from our Colorado headquarters. During peak times or holidays this time may be extended. 

When will my order arrive? 

Please plan on 2 days for processing time + plus transit time from Colorado to your location.

If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 business days please contact us. Please allow for extra time during December, as the mail and UPS are often delayed with holiday shipments.

How can I track my order?

Please check your email confirmation to access your order tracking number. If you didn't receive a confirmation email we recommend checking your spam/junk messages. We are happy to resend your confirmation email if it never made it to your inbox.
